About Me
  I enjoy being a Personal Trainer because I am enthusiastic about motivating people of all fitness levels to achieve their goals and have fun doing it. My individually designed programs utilize the latest exercise techniques and various equipment such as traditional weights, resistance bands, medicine balls, swiss balls, and the newest apparatus. Each workout session is planned to be different and exciting.

  I have accumulated vast experience as an "Elite Plus" Trainer at Equinox Fitness Club in NYC, Gold's Gym, and the Kingsbay YM-YWHA in Brooklyn, NY where I supervise the Cardio-Vascular Conditioning/Wellness program. I also train private clients, many of whom are older. I am an avid, trophy-winning tennis player, Inline Skating Instructor and Pilates Teacher, and I employ that background into my training.

  I am Certified and insured by the American Council on Exercise (A.C.E.), the Pilates Institute of America, The Equinox Fitness Training Institute, and ECA World Fitness' East Coast Instructor Training School. I also hold Certifications for CPR and First Aid from the American Heart Association and American Red Cross, respectively.
